The Merry Month of May is Upon Us...

A time to celebrate life and love and all things good.
So come on down to Thornborough Henge and help us to bring in the summer in the festive tradition of Beltane!

The Sacred Brigantia Players present a Mystery Play:

The Fall & Rise of John Barleycorn

(with apologies to Robert Burns, for this twist in the tale!)

We invite children coming to the event to bring water pistols
so that they can participate in the Mystery Play!

Directions to Thornborough Henge

From Ripon: Head north on the A6108 into West Tanfield. Turn right at the mini-roundabout and then take the 2nd left to the central Henge.

From the A1: Head west on the B6267. To avoid driving through Thornborough village, take the 5th left turn, then left and left again, to the central Henge.

From the Campsite: Head west on the A684 into Northallerton, then continue on ths road to the A1. Now head south (for approximately 6 miles) and then leave the A1 at Sinderby Lane End and head west on the B6267. To avoid driving through Thornborough village, take the 5th left turn, then left and left again, to the central Henge.
